One should behave with the people in a way in which they will love him and his cause.  Everybody has potential qualities.  We have to utilize them for our purpose.  One must create confidence in the people and mark their aptitude for work.  Your attitude towards to the people must be reflected in your actions, in the work that you put in.  Your action must reflect the noble cause for which you stand.(Sadhana Of Service, Chapter No.17 Lokasamgraha-2)
