Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Shergaon conducted an outreach programme “ Swami Vivekananda Jayanti” at Jigaon on 13th January 2025 in collaboration with NSCBAV (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Awash Vidyalaya) along with the members of Nehru Yuva Kendra, West Kameng. The programme started with Sri lighting the lamp. Kunga Gyaltsen Head lama, Jigaon Gompa. Sri. Rinchin Nosby Thongchi, NSCBAV spoke about the significance of the day in both English as well as in Sherdukpen language. A few Quotation on swami Vivekananda was recited along with some cultural programmes by the students. The programme concluded with Shanti mantra. The purpose and message of swami Vivekananda could be delivered smoothly and successfully.
