Health Awareness Program

The T.B awareness program was organized by the Dept. of Health Aalo on 14.9.2015 in VKV Jirdin.

Dr.Karmar Dirchi along with his team members conducted the program. The doctor elaborated different aspects of TB through slides and power point presentation. He cleared the doubts of the students regarding the disease during the open discussion. Then it is followed by a quiz competition in which the questions were based on the power point presentation and the winners were given prizes by them instantly. It was really a very knowledge enriching event regarding T.B.

Krishna Janmastami & Ganesh Chaturti celebration

The celebrations of Sri Krishna Janmastami, Ganesh Chaturti were conducted in the school level on 5th and 17th September respectively.

A Puja was performed on Janmastami. Different houses displayed their  "Jhankis" in their best manner.
On Ganesha Chaturti, prayers were offered by performing puja. The next day immersion of lord Ganesha took place. All staffs and students 258 members took part in the celebration.

Vimarsh @ VKV Jirdin

VKV Jirdin has conducted 'Vimarsh' program on 22nd aug. 2015 at Pakkam village govt.middle school, where 38 members were participated.

Sri. Kasturi Maharajji, Banu Maharajji, ZPM of Jini village, Principal of were the speakers in the program.

The discussion was on the topic 'selfless service, dharma and women empowerment '.

Most of the speakers stressed on 'doing good for others, expect in turn nothing and strengthening them to stand their own legs is real service'.

Women asked for women education, freedom of speech and expression in their society.

Regarding Dharma, there was unanimous belief that it is the righteous way of living. The program started at 9.30 am and ended at 12.30 pm.


Report on Mahasamadhi Diwas                     

On 4th July 2015, VKV Jirdin observed Maha Samadhi Diwas. The Principal, Smt. Amudavalli and teacher Sri. Janardan Yadav spoke on the importance of the day. It was followed by the speech of student Km. Lirik Ori from class X. Floral tributes were offered to Swami Vivekananda by the teachers and students. Total participants were 413.
