Guru Purnima Celebrated - VKV Vivek Vihar

The Guru Purnima Puja was celebrated in our school on 5th July, 2020 in the morning at 8 A.M. An inaugural speech was delivered by our honorable Principal Shri. M.V. Ravindran and Shri Asok Kumar Mishra was the chief priest on the occasion for performing the Yagya (Ahuti) and he also briefed about the “Guru Purnima” and during that time all staff members as well as family members were present and social distancing was maintained properly.  Before ending of the Puja, Guru Bhajans were sung by Shi. M.R. Ramesh and Shri. Moolchand Sharma.The programme concluded with shantimantra.  

Maha Shiva rathri Celebrated - VKV Vivek Vihar

The day when Lord Shiva get married Goddess Parvati has been celebrating as Mahashivaratri. In VKV VIVEK VIHAR we also celebrated this auspicious day. The programme started in the evening at 5pm in the school prayer hall. Sri A K Mishra sir led the pooja.

In the beginning of the programme he said the importance of the day. He narrated the Amarakatha, stories of Shiva to all hostel students and teachers. He also narrated the stories of lord Shiva and explained how lord Shiva got different names like Nilakanta, Devonki Dev Mahadev and the like. He led the whole pooja and all the teachers participated in the Pooja

Particepated In Walkathon 2020 - VKV Vivek Vihar

A walkathon was organized by Department of U D & Housing, on 21st February 2020 at D N Govt. College, Itanagar in connection with the theme “Arunachal, Against Single Use Plastic”. Walkathon stared from D N Govt. College, Itanagar to Dorjee Khandu Convention Hall, Itanagar. There were more than 500 student participants from different schools in the Walkathon. Total 49 boys student (Class VI, VII & IX) from our school participated in Walkathon.

Kr. Sunny Kumar (Class IX) got 2nd Prize cash Rs. 15,000/- & Certificate and Kr. Shubham Raj (Class VII) got 3rd Prize cash Rs. 10,000/- & certificate

A REPORT ON MATRI  PUJA

‘MATRI PUJA’ was conducted at VKV Vivek Vihar School Prayer Hall on 10th February2020 at 3.00 pm for the mothers of the students of Class-X.

 At the outset, the respective wards washed the feet of their mothers with water in a ceremonial and holistic way at the threshold of the Prayer Hall.

 The Principal of the host school, Sri Ravindran M V extended a hearty welcome to the August gathering of about 74 Parents of Class-X (both mother & father) , Well-wishers, and  Teachers

 On this auspicious occasion, Sri.S.C. Dixit, EO & CIC of VKV APT  highlighted the importance of MATRI PUJA, emphasizing  mother is not near to god she is really a God that is why “Matri Devo Bhava”,

 Sri Krisha Kumar Sir at first he inspired the students as well as parents through the importance of  Matri Puja and he conducted the auspicious  puja. He asked the children to take the blessings of mother as protective cover. He advised to inhale their mother’s power to face the exam fear.

 After the Puja, there was feedback session by the parents of Class-X.

 In the feedback session a mother mentioned that she was highly influenced  by the way the Matri Puja was performed with true rituals and in a ceremonial way. She highlighted that the students of Class-X should feel themselves lucky enough that they got this sacred opportunity to touch their mother’s feet. In the end, She wished all the students the very BEST of LUCK for the forthcoming AISSE-X, 2020.

Another mother  expressed her satisfaction by mentioning that VKVs are giving a strong Platform to the students of Arunachal Pradesh  by giving all round education and adding cultural values in their life. “I’m very fortunate to be a part of this Matri Puja-2020. It is a great moment for me that I cannot express this in words.”

The programme concluded with the prayer for peace and prosperity of the entire humanity- “SARVE BHAVANTU SUKHINAHA….. “

Awakened Cititzen Program Conducted - VKV Vivek Vihar

(THE AWAKENED CITIZEN PROGRAM)नैतिक मूल्यों के विकास  हेतु दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला का प्रतिवेदन

दिनांक 10/01/ 2020 से 11/01/ 2020 तक चलने वाले कक्षा-6 ,7 ,8 विद्यार्थियों के लिए 3 वर्षीय कार्यक्रम के पहले वर्ष के दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला (ACP) में शामिल होने के लिए सुबह 9:00 बजे साउथ प्वाइंट स्कूल बरसापारा गुवाहाटी पहुंचा। 9:30 बजे तक हमारी उपस्थिति दर्ज की गई। सुबह के 9:30 बजे प्रत्येक विद्यालय से आए हुए प्रधानाचार्यो के द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलन करते हुए कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया गया । कार्यक्रम के वरिष्ठ विशेषज्ञ श्री प्रसून गुहा विश्वास  के द्वारा संबोधन करते हुए कार्यक्रम की जानकारी दी गई। तत्पश्चात प्रत्येक विशेषज्ञों के द्वारा (सुभाष परिया, देवलीना भट्टाचार्यजी, शतरूपा दत्ता )के द्वारा एक-एक कर विषय के अलग-अलग अध्याय (भागों) पर चर्चा की गई।

दूसरे दिन कार्यक्रम पहले दिन की ही तरह सुबह 9:30 बजे से प्रारंभ हुआ। हमें दो समूहों में बांटा गया। हमारे समूह में विभिन्न राज्यों से आए हुए  कुल 24 अध्यापक थे। पहले दिन के सत्रों के आधार पर हम अध्यापकों को कक्षा प्रर्दशन के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया । परन्तु समय की कमी के कारण 16 सत्रों में से सिर्फ 8 सत्र की ही अभ्यास कक्षा की प्रस्तुति प्रत्येक अध्यापकों के द्वारा की गई । हमें बताया गया की महीने में कम से कम दो  या सप्ताह में 1 दिन अपने विद्यालय में कार्यक्रम का संचालन किया जाए। जिससे विद्यार्थियों को अपने अंदर बहादुरी, आत्मविश्वास, श्रद्धा ,अच्छाई, दया, डर को दूर करने तथा सत्यनिष्ठा, क्षमता इत्यादि अनेक भावों को विकसित करने में मदद मिलेगी।

हम अध्यापकों ने एक- एक विषय पर अपनी प्रस्तुति देकर अनुभव प्राप्त किया कि किस प्रकार हम अपने विद्यालय में विद्यार्थियों के लिए कक्षाएं ले सकेंगे।

अंत में हमें प्रथम सत्र के लिए शिक्षण उपकरण देते हुए वहां से अपने -अपने विद्यालयों के लिए रवाना किया गया ।

एक शिक्षक होने के नाते हमें नजर आता है कि विद्यार्थियों में नैतिक मूल्यों की कमी दिन पर दिन कम होती जा रही है ।रामकृष्ण मिशन के द्वारा जो यह कार्य भार अपने कंधों पर लिया गया है, यह अत्यंत सराहनीय है ।और हम इस कार्यक्रम को आगे बढ़ाने में पूरी सहयोग करेंगे।
