Kalpataru Divas Celebration

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Seijosa celebrated Kalpataru Divas on 1st January 2019. Sri. Thakur Das Mahato delivered a speech about the Importance of the day.

Nature Education Trail Programme  Observed - VKV Seijosa

The students of Class-IX and Class-VI attended the Nature Education Trail Programme on 28th Nov & 6th Dec 2018 respectively. For Class-IX, it was a residential camp & for Class-VI it was only one day camp.

 We along with the students reported at West Bank NIC Centre at 06:45 AM and the entire NCF and Pakke Tiger Reserve team welcomed us and escorted in the Khari Village which is 12 KMS away from West Bank.

Annual Sports Meet Celebrated  - VKV Seijosa

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Seijosa Annual Sports Meet 2018-19 Programme was organise in VKV, Seijosa from 12th November’2018 to 14th November’2018. During these three days students of VKV, Seijosa participated  several games and sports. Most of the competition were inter house wise. There were four houses, Arjuna, Bhima, Karna & Eklavya House. Competition was also organised make students in four level Class- I to II, Class- III to V ( Sub-Junior ), Class- VI to VIII ( Junior ) & Class- IX to X ( Senior )

Sadhana Diwas Celebrated - VKV Seijosa

VKV, Seijosa celebrated ‘Sadhana Divas and Dampatti Sammelan on 19th Nov’2018 in a grand manner.

The Dampatti’s from classes – I to X were invited to attend the occasion. The occasion was started at 10:00 Am in the prayer hall. Principal didi welcomed the Parents and also highlighted the significance of the day. The Occasion was also graced by Smt. Rama didi and consulted and interacted with the parents regarding child’s career and future.

A documentary on Mananiya Eknath Ji was shown to the parents. The parents charred about the hardship’s done by Mananiya Eknath Ji Ranade. And the same programme was shown to the hostellers and other staff during the evening Prayer on the same day.

The couples were invited to introduce and appreciate each other. The occasion was ended with offering the flowers to Mananiya Eknath Ji Ranade.

Sadgamaya Shibir Conducted - VKV Seijosa

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Seijosa conducted SADGAMAYA SHIBIR (a personality development camp) from 26th  Oct – 28th Oct 2018 for the session 2018 -19. The students of class VII to VIII from Niti Darlong Middle School, RWD colony and A2 Middle School were invited to participate in the camp.

All the students reported at school campus around at 3.30 pm. Total number of students were 28. Rupees 100 was kept as a camp fee. Due to some problems six students unable to pay. After the evening prayer, there was an introduction session.

 Next day, the inaugural function was inaugurated by the chief guest Mr. Takam Rakam  RFO , Seiosa Forest Division. The significance and rules and guidelines of the camp were told by Sri Pranjal Saikia. After that the chief guest enlightened the students about the different preconditions to fulfill their goal.

The different sessions taken by the resource persons on various topics as follows:

  • Science Laboratory visit                     by      Manoharan & Soni Sir
  • Story Telling                                    by      Sajith Kumar
  • Personality Development                   by      Anjan Purakastha
  • Activities of Mathematics                   by      Ratneswar Payeng
  • Goal & ways to achieve                     by      Pranjal Saikia

 Apart from these sessions, Yoga, Games & Sports and Happy Assemblies were taken daily by all the staffs. 

The valedictory function was conducted in the final day and few students shared their experiences of the camp. Students presented Patriotic song and Shibir geet in groups. The function was ended with Ahuti Satra.
