The Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) was conducted on 25/10/2025 in the school premises with great enthusiasm and active participation from both parents and teachers. The objective of the meeting was to strengthen the bond between parents and the school, discuss students’ progress, and plan for their holistic development.
The programme commenced with a soulful invocation prayer, invoking divine blessings for the smooth conduct of the session. Following this, the Principal addressed the gathering and explained the purpose of the meeting, highlighting the vital role of cooperation between teachers and parents in shaping the character and academic growth of students.
Next, there was an introduction of all teachers, allowing parents to get familiar with the educators who guide their children throughout the academic year.
The session continued with Kendra Parichay, presented by Shri Nishikant Pathak Sir, who spoke about the mission, activities, and values upheld by the Kendra. His talk inspired everyone to work collectively towards the development of students in all dimensions — physical, intellectual, and spiritual.
Following that, Su. Gitashree  Bora delivered an informative presentation on the Exam Pattern, elaborating on the assessment methods, grading system, and upcoming examination schedule. Her explanation helped parents understand the evaluation process clearly.
Next, Su. Sumitra Borhgohain presented a detailed Result Analysis, providing insights into the overall academic performance of students. She discussed the areas of improvement and appreciated the sincere efforts made by students and teachers alike.
After the presentations, an open session was conducted for Parents’ Inquiries, where parents actively interacted with the staff, sharing their feedback, suggestions, and concerns. Their involvement reflected their genuine interest in the progress of their children.
The Principal then gave a reply to the parents’ queries, addressing each point patiently and assuring continued efforts from the school’s side for the betterment of students. The Principal also emphasized the importance of teamwork between home and school in nurturing discipline, confidence, and values among learners.
After this, a medical team visited the school to create awareness about the recent outbreak of measles in Longding and to inform parents and teachers about the importance of the Rubella vaccination. The session was highly informative and helped parents understand the need for timely vaccination to ensure the health and safety of all organised
The entire programme was anchored by BP, who smoothly guided the proceedings and ensured the programme ran in an organized and engaging manner.
A total of around 180 participants, including parents, teachers, and staff members, attended the meeting. The active participation of the parents made the event successful and meaningful.
The meeting concluded on a positive note with mutual appreciation and a shared commitment to continue working together for the all-round development of the students.
