Honourable DC  Longding,Smt.Chesta Yadev visited VKV Longding today.She inspected the quality of on going work in the school campus.BDO, the contracter of school building and hostel Sri.Shatruknan etc are also escorted with Hon.DC.After the inspection in the campus,a meeting was conducted with the presence of Principal. The principal explained the problem and short coming of the construction in school buildind as well as hostel construction.In the meeting the BDO and the contracter ensured to rectify all the shortcomings within the time limit

IMPORTANT OUTPUT IN THE MEETING

1. For solving the water shortage in the campus Hon.DC asked to AE PHE to submit a report and estimate for the construction of permanant Head water source tank
2. The proposal of school boundary wall will put in the current financial year.
3. For the construction of Grills in the outlet of the family quarter and hostel ,DC instructed the contracter to take an immediate action
4. The service wire of the entire campus will be replaced by 6mm wire in place of 1.5 mm wire
5. For intraducing smart class (k -yan).DC instructed DDSE over the phone and asked to provide this fecility to VKV Longding within a week
6. The street light in the campus will be provided by DC with the support of APEDA
7. The colour bench and desk will be provided for class 1 Students(20 pairs)

Hon.DC further suggested that till reaching the final solution of water shortage in the campus .the hostel admission for the session 2020-21 can be postponed

Hon.DC ensures all possible help from the District Administration to make this school as one of the model school in the district.She promised to visit school frequently and  to give time to time assistance for the smooth functioning of the school
