On 1st December 2025, the programme began with the lighting of the lamp by Chief Guest Sri Chow Mogambo Hopak, Nagar Pramukh of Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti, Namsai, followed by mangalacharan. Sri Shanmukhan P, the Principal of VKV Namsai, delivered a welcome speech, addressed the students, staff and sankul members. The cultural programme started with the presentation of “Surasa Subodha”, a Sanskrit deshbhakti geet. 
Gita chanting (4th chapter) was presented with clarity and devotion. 
As a part of the outreach programme, the Bhagavad Gita 4th chapter was chanted in front of the audience at Poi Pee Mau ground, where the Indigenous Faith Day programme was celebrated. This was followed by the interpretation of slokas and the importance of the Gita in daily life by Sri Bikram Chetry, the teacher of VKV Namsai.
