Raksha Bandhan Celebration- VKV Tafrogam

Raksha Bandhan festival was celebrated in VKV Tafragam with all pomp and gaiety by the members of VKV Tafragam family. All the teaching and non-teaching members participated with their family members.

A small programme was organised in the prayer hall. Sri.Jitendra Chauhan ,Hindi teacher spoke on the significance of the day. Later Rakhi was offered to “OM” and the Trinities Sri.Rama Krishna Paramhansa, Ma Sarada and Swami Vivekananda. Also to Ek Nath Ji Ranade. And asked for their blessings.  Later Rakhis were tied to the bhaiya’s (supporting staff) by our Didi’s. And all the didis tied Rakhi to Principal didi Smt.Shanthi Manoharan, Sri.Pradeep Kr Pandey, CIC and asked for their blessings too.

Rakha Bandhan wishes send to all the students, parents and well wishers.

As it is our duty to protect the nature Rakhis were tied to the trees and plants on the campus as well as the dogs inside our campus because they protect us. Later sweets were distributed.

Indegenous Faith Celebrated - VKV Tafrogam

Sri.Kurleso Ngadong,Vibhag Sanchalak of Vivekananda Kendra,Lohit Vibhag  and also parent of VKV Tafragam arranged for Indigenous faith puja in the school on 5th July at 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm  Local pujari Sri.Solai Ngadong Ji from Tezu conducted the puja in the prayer hall. The puja was performed maintaining social distancing. Along with him around 8 women , all of them were Indigenous faith members participating in the puja. All the teaching and non-teaching staff were present. The Programme began with Welcome address by our Principal Smt.Shanthi Manoharan after that  Sri Pradeep Kr Pandey, CIC highlighted on the work taken by the VKV’s  in not only imparting quality education but also working for the preservation of indigenous faith in the society of Arunachal Pradesh . They all were felicitated by the school authorities.Two bhajan in Mishmi Language and also Mishmi Prayer were performed in their traditional way . Entire prayer hall filled with serene atmosphere. Indigenous faith flag was placed in two places one at the gate and other near Amik Matai Temple in the campus. Program ended with Shanti Mantra and vote of thanks by Sri.Rajeev Kr Singh and distribution of sweets.

Guru Purnima Celebrated - VKV Tafrogam

VKV Tafragam celebrated Guru Purnima on 5th July 2020 in the evening prayer time 5: 30 pm to 6:30 pm, decorating the place of workship. A small programme was organised in the prayer hall. Some of the students (Ex-vkvians) who are staying in Tafragam village attended the programme. Programme was started with three Omkaras followed by Eikyamantra . Sri.Pradeep Kr Pandey ,CIC spoke on the significance of the day. Guru bhajan was sung by the students. While meditation Gurustotra was played on the mobile, everyone  listened to it closing their eyes for a few minutes in dhayan.  Programme ended with Kendra Prayer and distribution of sweets

Matri Puja Conducted - VKV Tafrogam

Matri puja of class X students & mothers were  performed on 2nd February 2020.A total of 29 mothers out of 30 were present. Total number of participants including fathers is 45.Programme started with invocation by class IX students followed by highly of the lamp by the chief guest Sri.Sailu Bellai,first batch alumini of VKV Tafrogam. A warn welcome was given by the principal Smt.Shanthi Manoharan for the chief guest and also the parents,students who have assembled there. Smt.Sailu Bellai spoke the importance of the puja.Matri Puja is not a simple puja.Thr blessings of motherhood is important for a prosperous life.Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalayas  felt that by this Matri puja  blessings with mother will give their children's strength. They felt that by this Matri puja blessings which mother will give to their children be carried for long time. Smt.Sailu Bellai shared her experience of school life.

Matri puja was performed by Sri.Pradeep Kr Pandey,CIC Lohit cluster.A beautiful ambience was created.Around 12 girls shared their experience and expressed their feelings towards their mother.They also thanked the school for conducting the puja.Few mothers also shared their experience. They were thankful to the school for organising such a wonderful programme.vone of the mother said.l,I would not have given what you all have given for my child.Thanks to all the teachers for sending home a wonderful girl as per our expectations.
