On 16th july 2019 , the staff and students of VKV JORAM observed the auspicious day of Guru poornima with great reverence and devotion. In the morning assembly km. joram Adam of class VIII gave a speech on the significance of Guru poornima and she also highlighted the importance of Guru in our lives. It was followed by four Guru Bhajans by all the four houses. In the 7th period shri Asish kumar sir and Smt. Durga Tripathi Didi conducted self composed Guru Bhajan writing competition for the students of class VI, VII, and VIII. The event was truly significant in making each staff member feel special for her/ his role in ensuring the all round development and well-being of their pupils. Total 71  students participated in the competition .  142 students and 12 staff members attented the programme. Truly , it is days like these that serve to keep alive the ‘Guru Shishya Parampara ‘ in the school. The day glorified the traditional practice of honoring the ‘Guru’ who play a vital role in shaping the future of the students
