Opening & Invocation
•    Invocation / OM Kara & Sahana Bhabahu: The program began with a solemn invocation (three Om Kara & Sahana Bhabahu) to set a respectful and mindful tone.

He warmly welcomed the guests and participants, highlighting the program’s purpose: to raise awareness on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and issues pertaining to child and adolescent labour.

He felicitated the visiting dignitaries from APSCPCR, extending gratitude for their valuable presence and contribution in spreading legal awareness among youth and educators.
Official Awareness Session
Two resource persons from APSCPCR led the central awareness session:
•    Sri Ngurang Achung, Member, APSCPCR
•    Sri Hunluk Lukhan, Member, APSCPCR, Government of Arunachal Pradesh
Core themes addressed:
•    POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences):
Explanation of key legal provisions—including stringent penalties for sexual offences against children, the mandate for special courts for speedy trials (Section 28), and guidelines for institutional safeguards such as background checks (POCSO Rules 2020, Rule 3).
•    Child & Adolescent Labour:
While specific statistics from this session were not recorded, earlier APSCPCR programs have consistently stressed the harmful effects of child labour, child trafficking, and associated vulnerabilities.
Feedback Session
•    Participants, likely including students, faculty, and local stakeholders, were invited to share their reflections.
•    Insights may have included:
o    Clarification of legal rights and protective measures under the POCSO Act.
o    Greater awareness of child and adolescent labour issues.
o    Suggestions to further extend such programs to more schools and community groups.
