The Workshop Demonstration on Bharatanatyam was held on January 17, 2025, at the school auditorium from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. under the banner of Spic Macay. The objective of the program was to provide an insightful workshop on the classical dance form, Bharatanatyam. The artist of the event was the renowned dancer Dr. Debaldev Jana. 

The session commenced with a welcome speech delivered by Ahili Lingi of class 8, who gave a brief introduction about Spic Macay and Dr. Devaldev Jana and his contributions to classical dance. Smt. Manisha Devi, Principal of VKV Tafrogam felicitated the artist.

During the event, Dr. Debaldev Jana performed two different styles of classical dances, showcasing the beauty and intricacies of Bharatanatyam. Following the performances, he engaged with the audience by teaching some basic steps of Bharatanatyam to the teachers and students, making it an interactive and educational experience for all attendees.
