The festival of lights, Diwali, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion at our school on October 20, 2025. The entire campus was beautifully decorated, reflecting the spirit of the festival.
In the morning session, house-wise, a Rangoli competition was organized. Instead of using rangoli powder, the students showed their creativity by using colored stones and flowers to design beautiful and eco-friendly patterns. Their innovative work added natural beauty to the school premises.
In the evening, students of Classes 9 and 10 were allotted different areas of the school to light diyas. Soon, the whole campus glowed with the warm light of diyas, spreading peace and positivity. Teachers and students together made the evening more meaningful with their active participation.
Afterward, a prayer was conducted, followed by a brief speech on the significance of Diwali and the story behind the festival, which highlights the triumph of good over evil.
A dance performance by the students added liveliness to the event and captured the festive mood. Later, sweets were distributed among everyone, symbolizing joy and togetherness.
The celebration concluded with a firecracker showcase, where colorful lights brightened the night sky, filling everyone’s hearts with happiness.
Overall, it was a delightful and memorable celebration that spread the true message of Diwali—light, love, and harmony.
