On 2nd January 2025, our school celebrated Kalpataru Diwas, a day dedicated to honoring the teachings of Prabhu Ramakrishna. A special programme was conducted after the morning assembly to commemorate the significant day. The Principal enlightened the students about the historical event that took place on 1st January 1886, when Prabhu Ramakrishna revealed himself as an incarnation of God. This day holds great significance for his disciples who believe in his teachings and consider him as an "Avatar & quot;. As a gesture of reverence, a brief Briksha Puja was performed to the Banyan tree in our school campus, which symbolizes the Kalpataru tree from Hindu mythology. The students also offered flowers at the photo of Prabhu Ramakrishna as a mark of respect and gratitude for his teachings. This day not only serves as a reminder of the divine presence of Prabhu Ramakrishna but also inspires us to follow his teachings and spread love, peace, and harmony in the world.
