On 15th August 2025, Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Liromoba, celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great zeal, enthusiasm, and patriotic fervor.

On the occasion of Swami Vivekananda Janam Tithi importance of the day by Smt. Dewlu Kri didi, Then PRAJNYA VIKAS WRITTEN TEST /Creative Writing Competition prizes were distributed to the students. The students presented a patriotic Song, Vandematram Song was sung by all. After Pushpanjali was done by all the staff members and students. Total Number of Participants On 21/01/2025 168 (Students- 155, Teachers -7, Supporting Staff-6)
On 22/01/2025 we conducted Kendra Varga in Bole village. The total number of participants was 24. The Kendra Varga started with 3 Omkara and Shanti Path, significance (About Swami ji ) of the day was told by Shri. Anup Kumar Yadav, Agya Abhay, Yoga, and Games were conducted by our students. We ended the Kendra Varga with Shanti Mantra and Pushpanjali by participants.

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Liromoba celebrated International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2022 at Govt. Hr.Sec. School Liromoba. All the teaching and non teaching staffs along with the students of class III,IV and V were reported at Govt. Hr. Sec. School at 9:30 am. Few parents, well wishers( Sri Gobi Romin ji, Sri Gepe Romin ji, Sri Rikyir Dulom ji etc, school administration committee, students of Govt. School were already conveyed about this programme and they also reported at the same time.
The programme was started at 10 am with three Om karas in VKV tradition. In this Yoga session loosening exercises, few Ashanas and 12 round Surya Namaskara were conducted. Sri Kapliam Gangsa has explained about the benefits and precautions of Yoga. The Yoga satra was continued upto 11:15 am. After the Yoga satra Sri Lok Nath Sarma greeted to all the persons who were presented there. He also highlighted about the International Yoga Day and urged to everyone to accept Yoga in part of life. He also exclaimed that Yoga is a union to contact to God and man. He also said that Yoga purifies our body, mind and soul.
